ABOUT US
The official mission of Cal Women's Club Lacrosse is to promote, foster, and advance women's lacrosse at the University of California, Berkeley by pursuing competitive exposure to the sport with other West Coast club teams; to encourage leadership, guidance, and unwavering commitment from members; to attain and enhance financial support from dedicated alumnae and contributors to the team; and to uphold sportsmanship, teamwork, respect for all members, and a fun atmosphere.
While slowly building up the team and its reputation, we have truly enjoyed the opportunity to play lacrosse since the club's start in Spring 2008. Many thanks to Rachel Lee, Christine Mansfield, Katrina Uychaco, and the rest of our wonderful alumnae for making this team happen; it is their dedication which has pushed this club team through the RSF and into the amazing team it is today. With many newcomers to the sport, as well as seasoned players of all ages, we are here to have fun, form lasting friendships, and play lacrosse!
